I WOULD NEVR RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! THE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHAT SO EVER!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT FROM A COMPANY IN MY LIFE!! THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THEY CHARGED ME NEARLY $400 TO FIX MY TV AFTER 5 MINUTES OF MY TV WORKING THE SAME PROBLEM ACCURED. I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK VERY UPSET THAT I HAD JUST SPENT APPX. $400 TO WATCH THE TELEVISION FOR 5 MINUTES.I CALLED THE COMPANY TO SPEAK MY COMPLAINT AND WHEN I WASN'T GETTING ANY ANSWERS FROM THE EMPLOYEES I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, WHEN THE MANAGER CAME ON THE PHONE HE INSTANTLY BEGAN USING FAUL LANGUAGE TOWARD ME WHEN ALL I WAS TRYING TO GET AT WAS ARE YOU GUY'S GOING TO HAVE MY TELEVISION FIXED TODAY OR SHOULD I JUST GET MY MONEY BACK AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE? I GOT A DIAL TONE FROM THE OWNER! TALK ABOUT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO LOOK FOR THERE LOCATION THEY HAVE TWO ADDRESSES LISTED BUT THEY ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOND THE FIRST ADD WAS A UPS BUILDING WHERE THEY GET THERE MAIL FROM AND THE SECOND ADDRESS WAS A TAE KWON DO. NOW YOU TELL ME DO THESE PEOPLE SOUND A LITTLE SHADY TO YOU??????????????
