Review content:
I went in for the first time to his store to get new batteries for my watches and I had asked him if I needed ""tickets"" for it since it would be a while and since I did not know how his policy worked being it was my first time to his store. He sarcastically said ""I've been in this business for 37 years, I'm not going anywhere with your watch"" All I asked from him was a simple answer, not an attitude. He later explained it was too ""expensive"" to make out a ticket, which I thought was nice of him, but too late. My first impression of him was that he did not know anything about customer service. If the man was the owner, what right do you have to give attitude to your customers?
