I order atleast 50 appraisals a year all over the country, and my experience working with Steve was probably one of the top 5, if not the best experience I have had. Unlike some appraisers who seem to disappear after they have already been paid, Steve is always easy to reach. His turnaround time is not the fastest I have ever seen but is definitely above average. I threw him a curveball and he was able to handle it like a true professional. My appraisal order started with 1 property, a couple of days later my customer switched up the property so I had Steve go out and look at a 2nd property. A couple days after that my customer had another change of heart and went back to the 1st property and added a 3rd property. Everytime we switched it up Steve had no problem accomodating our requests. I would definitely use him again for every Charlotte area real estate appraisal I have in the future.
