I started going to FasCat to get back in shape after not cycling much for a few years due to a crazy schedule. I was totally floored by how quickly I found my legs again simply by attending their classes and working hard at each one. Without much time for other riding some weeks, their program helped me build the endurance and strength I needed to have a great season of riding. I feel so good I plan on trying to compete in some CX racing later this year! Frank, Jason & Tom are true professionals who are always willing to help with advice and encouragement. I would recommend FasCat to anyone looking to improve their power and performance on the bike. All levels of all types of cycling can get something out of their programs. Thanks Guys!
