My husband purchased an online ""coupon"" for $50.00 and it guaranteed up to a 2200 sq ft home (a $125.00 value). My home is only about half that so I thought maybe they could do a great job. They have about 4 phone listed under their business and I called all of them thinking I had a wrong number because it sounds like someone been smoking crack singing ""It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood"". Someone finally called me back and we set up a time for Rena to come out. They got here and asked where my cleaning supplies were and before I could answer, they were digging under my kitchen sink getting things out. There was a man name Eric with her as well. He started vacuuming in the master Bedroom then went to the bathroom, Rena was ""dusting"" behind him. I was in the kitchen and heard something break.. Rena ran out of the bathroom and started talking to me like was her long lost buddy until I soon forgot what I had heard. She was complaining because she did this coupon thing and she was only getting $30 dollars of the 50 and that the only she's been able to survive doing it was by getting tips! She said something about yellow pages and her AD she had then she asked me if I had a computer could I look up their number so she could call them. She spent the next 45 minutes on the phone trying to get them to set up her advertising account while Eric was sweeping the floors. They were done in less than an hour. He barely went over my floors and I even had to ask if they mopped the hallway. They left and I have never felt so ripped off in my life. A few days later, I was dusting on top of a bathroom shelf and saw where they had broken a candle lamp and turned it so I couldn't see the piece missing and also a Glass Vase where the whole back was broken out and they turned it towards the wall to hide it. The pieces had been removed obviously so as not to let me know it had been broken. I called Rena and talked with her about it and she said ""oh I though he said he had told you"" and I said ""no and I am sure that's why you were trying to divert my attention from the bathroom and disposed of the broken glass as well as turned the items around to hide the fact you had broken them"". She said ""what would you like for me to do, refund you?"" I said yes. She said she would be over in the morning with the money. Of course, I never saw her, called and she finally answered the phone the next day saying she would just put a check in the mail. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Of course now she won't answer her calls or return messages. I can't believe these people have a business!
