Review content:
I had a terrible experience at Central New England Endodontics. I found myself treated like an object by multiple members of the staff, and when I stated that I was in pain because the pressure of Dr. Russo's hand and the device in my mouth had dislocated my jaw, they told me to stay that way ""just a little longer"" so they could finish.
When they finished the service and finally removed the clamps and plastic from my face, I tried to close my mouth but found I couldn't - my jaw wouldn't close at all and was swollen terribly. Rather than reassuring me or attempting to calm me down from this terrible feeling of being deformed, Dr. Russo pushed me back in my seat and jabbed his thumbs into my mouth without asking my permission or telling me what he was going to do.
While he did eventually fix my jaw (after stopping his barbarism and using some pain medication and muscle relaxants) he never attempted to calm me or help me understand what had happened at all. I was terrified and in tears, and the best thing anyone could say in my earshot was, ""God, I hate it when these people panic."" as he was leaving the room and walking away down the hall.
I would never recommend these services to anyone, and found Dr. Russo to be amazingly cold, abrupt, and callous, with no bedside manner what so ever.
Pros: Clean, polite, same day service.
Cons: Brusque, snobby, no bedside manner.
