Review content:
When you first go into this place they are all nice and sweet because they want your business, but once they have your business its a whole different story. The owner himself is a very nice guy but I dont think he really has anything to do with the title and finance part of the whole place. The Title guy is David and what a piece of work he is, He has the personality of a WET MOP!!! Dont EVER be a few days late or they will tell you that they called you ONE time and if you dont respond within an hour they WILL come and take your car, and add a $450.00 repo charge. Which is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. Its not like they get their rollback out and come to get it, they always keep a key and when you leave from your house or from wherever you are they will just take the vehicle and then LIE to the police when the police call and ask them if they took it. I dont recommend this place at all!! If your looking for a vehicle DONT go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work everyday and I dont work regular business hours I work night shift so that means I sleep during the day, so for me to not respond to a SO CALLED phone call within an hour meant they came and took my car. I wouldnt go to any BUY HERE PAY HERE places ever again!! I found out the hard way. Delaware has some horrible laws in place that dont protect the consumer they only protect the Rip off artists that have these type of places. Its a shame that hard working people like myself have to go through things like this. So take it from me DONT BUY a vehicle from this place, because if your a week or a day late they WILL come take your car.
