DO NOT TRUST CHUCK The owner's name is Chuck & it was a terrible disappointment! He installed the cheapest models of RHEEM AC/Heat units, sold me on a warranty that was not quite as he described and added cheap thermostats.The first problem: it took him 2 months to install my two new units. He would no-show for days that I expected him and then would not answer my calls. When I finally spoke to him, he would give me a million excuses. BTW: he even used the same 35+ yr old wires from the previous units. Even with all this said, I would've been fine if the units worked properly. 1 month after they were completed one unit leaked. 1 month after that, one of my furnaces failed. Guess what? He still is not returning my calls. DO NOT USE HIM! You will regret it! \r
