Chuck the owner, appears to be a nice guy, but is not reliable. He never fully completed my A/C installation. Basically, he got me up and running but rushed the job and threw everything together. Cosmectic details were not finished such as leaving all the lines exposed on the side of the house. Tells me that the gutter tubing used to conceal it was out of stock in white. Home Depot has tons of it. Never iinstalled ceiling air filter grille. I have contacted him almost everyday for over a month since the installation and everytime I got a song and dance. He tells you he will be there the next day to finish what he had started and then never shows up, or tells you the part is out of stock or got damaged during shipping. Has too many excuses. Tries to take short cuts and displayed below average workmanship. The manifold on the air handler was not insulated and was not fitted together properly leaving gaps all around causing cold air blowing around in my attic. Used old power supply line from original AC unit. Did not install the liquid line filter on the new AC unit. Promised to remove old attic unit and never did. Do I need to say more? My fault is that I had paid him in full even when the job was not completed. Now he got his money and does not give a rats a__ about finishing the job. I will eventually have to finish up what Mr. Unreliable started. So just a little note to everyone out there, ""Beware of Chuck""!!!!!
