You don't really get to know the character of a business until you experience a problem that neither party anticipated. Over the past six years I've leased two new GMC Yukon XL's from D & M Leasing. Both transactions went extremely smoothly, and were wrapped up with within a matter of days. During this past Christmas break I decided to lease a slightly used BMW 525 from D&M Leasing. They located the vehicle in Chicago in short order at the price I wanted. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not what the dealership represented, and I assumed I was going to war with D & M Leasing to get it made right. Instead, my sales rep, Brad T, and the management team at D&M Leasing really showed me what they could do when they rolled up their sleeves and went to work for me.
