please beware! they have a strict 7 day exchange/return policy. I bought a christmas gift for a friend, and after christmas my friend needed to exchange for a bigger size. They don't tell you the return policy while you are buying, but its written on the receipt.. I know I should have looked at the receipt more carefully, but I assumed that a 30 day return/exchange was standard. It was only 2 weeks after my purchase, and I wasn't returning the jeans.. just wanting to exchange unworn/unwashed/tags attached jeans for the same exact style in a different size. they were very strict, and said absolutely not. :( I should have just bought designer jeans from the Off Fifth there. they have a much larger selection, better return/exchange policy, friendlier staff, and send you coupons through email all the time. feeling verrrry foolish..
