Businiess name:  N & J Smog Test Only
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Norbert, the owner, is simply a stand-up guy. No hidden fees, like so many other smog test places. No headaches of any kind. Simply competent, efficient work by Norbert while you play ball with his beautiful, super-friendly German Shepherd pup (who, in case you are afraid of dogs, is in a separate, enclosed, adjacent lot) with adorable nail polish on her toenails (the work of Norbert's wife). His is a new business, and, as such, he needs to build up as robust a client base as possible. So, if you have been to his shop, please, please pass the word to everyone you know, definitely submit a yelp review, as well as reviews on other sites such as citysearch, yellowpages, etc. Norbert is a good guy, and his business is one that really should succeed. (I have no affiliation with Norbert or his business, of any kind, and only met him and spoke with him just the one time when I took my car there for a smog check on 2/14/12. But it's so eminently clear that he is one of the few genuinely good guys out there that I feel very strongly that his business should succeed.) The signage of the shop is not the most eye-catching, so to access his shop, you need to turn into Encino Ave., then (if you are turning into Encino Ave. from Chatsworth Ave.) take the first left into the driveway for Family Motors, or the second left into the alleyway, from which the first left will be Norbert's place.
