I have had Thomas Sommer helped me with two seperate remodeling projects (one was an investment property). I have been overall very impressed with his work ethics and efficiency and his attention to details and reliability. He always gave 100 to his work, and managed to work with various budget(low budget for my investment property). He tends to be underpromised, but overdelivers with regard time & worksmanship(which this was different from my previous experiences with other general contractors). I am in process to have him to do another project for me and I have the piece of mind of not to have to be preoccupied with issues with constructions.
