I know that the agents are doing this job for money, aren't we all? But one agent at the Brandon office with the initials of JRR is lazy and you end up doing most of the work. Why should they get all the money? Also on some homes, the agent makes thousands of dollars and then they don't even send you a thank you card or buy a housewarming gift! Sell your home on your own...and buy your own gifts!
