Review content:
This is a great gym. Family owned and friendly! All of the equipment is new and I never seem to have to wait for equipment. They have a good selection of classes from spinning and yoga to boot camp and abs. Personal training seems to be very popular their as well. They have a small sauna that is nice after a work out. \r
\r
I have worked out at most of the gyms in the East Falls/ Manayunk and this an unpretentious gym where the staff and gym goers are all nice to be around while you get in a workout. It does not feel like a chain, an uppity spa, or a hole in the wall.\r
\r
They even have a golf simulation room.\r
Pros: Lot's of variety for workouts
Cons: No fresh foods or smoothies
