Review content:
A family friend recommended Laura's Couture saying that ""they had some beautiful things"". I wouldn't doubt that, but I couldn't get over how rude they were over the phone. I wanted to look for some veils and I let him know this over the phone. I think he was irritated that I wouldn't be purchasing my dress from them (seeing as I had already purchased my dress in Chicago). He asked me where I purchased it and then let me know they only carry the most exclusive brands (blah blah blah). For a second I almost felt like Pretty Woman when she went shopping in Beverly Hills. I let this go and made an appointment. The next day I called back and wanted to know what flowergirl dresses they carry...he proceded to tell me that they don't carry many and told me he'd have to call me back because he was on the phone! I let the first one slide, but this was ridiculous. If this is the way i'm treated over the phone, there's no telling how I will be treated when I get in there. Obviously there is a reason Nolte's is more well known and the better choice in Kansas City. They carry beautiful things and have great, friendly service! Cons: Terrible customer service.
