I requested your services to improve the speed on my computer. I brought my PC to your house and picked it up the next day. When I picked up my computer, you interrupted my visit with taking other business calls, and were in a rush to help the next customer waiting in your kitchen. When you removed the operating system, you took away Microsoft Office I had and the printer software. I called you to ask for help and had to leave a message. You never returned my phone call. A few days later, I called you a second time to get assistance. This time you answered the phone and were nothing but rude, patronizing and extremely unhelpful. You claimed that I was doing something wrong not to be able to execute the printer software file and that it was my loss that I had no disks for the Microsoft Office. I have since called Dell and learned that the computer I purchased did not come with Microsoft Office. I realized then you must have downloaded it after a previous time I had asked you to repair the computer. For what you charged me this year and the previous visit ($180.00), I should have received better service.\r
Dell was able to assist me with reconnecting the printer. They diagnosed the problem with executing the printer software and said it was due to the McAfee software. WordPerfect is what is issued for the computer I have, which is one of the disks I told you about over the phone.\r
I am extremely dissatisfied with your service. I will no longer refer you to anyone, nor will I EVER use your services again.\r
