Review content:
Thanks to Husam, I survived a hilly Italian bike tour and came back smiling. Husam is chief wizard at ATA Cycle in Concord and a man of many talents. Three months before my mini-Giro, he worked his magic with my bike, a hi-tech fitting and insightful tips for its chronically-injured rider. With a shorter stem, longer crank arms and new saddle, Husam's custom fitting and advice to use bigger gears and to sit through the hills, my two-year knee problem disappeared in a few weeks. I was riding further, faster and without knee pain. The amazing part is that Husam figured all this out by just looking at my geometry and that of my bike - then used the computer fitting to verify everything with numbers and angles. I was able to put in the miles of training to conquer the mini-Giro and come home to the rolling hills of Harvard a very happy customer. Pros: Brains Cons: Expensive temptations
