Review content:
I've always known that having a bike that fits can add immeasurably to your enjoyment of cycling. But for years getting the right fit seemed elusive at best--even my custom Seven never felt quite right. Last September that changed when I discovered ATA Cycle in Concord, a real neighborhood bike shop with the best high-end equiment around and a smart, friendly staff who knows what they're taking about. I got fit by Husam, who spent three times more time fitting me than the shop where I bought my custom bike! I rode out of the store a week later on a Look 585 that fits like a tailored suit--it's more comfortable, I ride about 1 mph or more faster than before on my standard routes, and I have the best, coolest, top-of-the-line components on the planet--like StrongLight cranks, an Selle SMP saddles, and Reynolds bars. You won't get, bottom-line, Internet prices, but you do get great value and advice--well worth a couple of extra bucks to make sure this shop stays in Concord.
