I've been a regular customer of the ATA Concord store since it opened, and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. The quality of the merchandise coupled with the outstanding service makes a trip to ATA worth your time and money. I'm able to bring my bike, which I purchased there, in for repair on a moments notice and have it ready the same day. The quality of the merchandise is quite frankly better than all of the other large bike shops combined. So, if what you're looking for is a friendly knowledgeable bike shop staff as well as the highest quality cycling gear, get yourself to ATA.
