This is a company in which their service is so bad that they pay us tenants to actually write good posts about them on the internet. They are liars. I moved in with the understand that ""there wouldn't be an issue"" with the installation of a washer and dryer unit."" It took one year to get. They pretty much blackmailed me. Said I had to agree to renting another year with them before they installed it. What person in today's society doesn't need a washer/dryer?? I have two small children, we all know how capable children are of making messes. Now when it comes to service requests. My neighbor has physically crashed into my property(satellite, the apartment, my car(twice)) and myhomespot felt it unecessary to put a fence up. These people are still crashing into things to this day, almost every other month for a year now. As if that wouldn't give the normal person some kind of stress or anxiety...imagine a neighbor above you that can't remember to turn off the kitchen sink before he showers. Yup, has happened to me twice since I have lived here. And I informed myhomespot about the damage that it has done now to the cabinets in my apartment. Guess who was charged $100 for the vendor not having found a leak? ME. Should I have said, ""Hold on one minute, let me have the upstair tennant reinact what he did the other day""? These people take forever and a day to get stuff fixed. I informed them about it Last week on Thursday. It's now Friday of the following week and my cabinet it still moldy and cracked from the water damage. Belive me, this rental company isn't worth the headache. PLEASE BE WARNED
