All accounting reports are online, they do quarterly site inspections, automatic communication of property events via email. Very responsible. Fastest turn-around time of rent processing in the business. They have a 2 month Free Trial program to make sure you are satisfied. Highly recommended.\r

For Homeowner Association Management they create a community website that is customized for that association. It keeps track of all member data, governing documents, financial reports, architectural requests and more.
