Carefully go over your contract (if you arrange one) with this fella Jim. Ask specific questions and cover everything, because he does not. There was no offer of a walk thru to establish any existing damage. His lacidasical approach to running his business was frustrating. \r

Can't use the roof of RV and he does not tell you till you arrive. We found women's underwear in the bedroom. We had to ask for the items that were advertised on his website (bedding, pots/pans,cups).\r
