Review content:
Unfortunately as the owner I was not even aware of this review. What the customer decided not to include was the fact that all of the information was explained to his wife who booked the rental. The forms indicate what can and cannot be done with the coach. His arguement was with the standing on the roof however the roof ladder was locked out to prevent roof access and explained upon rental. The coach was delivered and set up at the racetrack and they were explained the use of the things they were using. They decided upon themselves to move the coach, which was not allowed, they damaged the roof, and the awning had to be completely replaced at a cost of over $1100.00. They have been billed and as of October 1, 2009, chose not to respond or pay for the damages they caused. \r Having been in business for nine years this is the first person that has caused such a significant amount of damage and I only kept the security deposit. Pros: Up front Information no hidden fees
