Review content:
I'm one of those guys who are very picky about my hair. I find someone I like, and stick with them. After my last go-to person left for another job, In style was the 2nd place I tried. The decor is simple but modern. Things seemed very clean. Now I have to admit, when Leon came out to cut my hair, I was a bit nervous. His English wasn't exactly confident, and his own hair a bit plain. We all judge a potential hair stylist on the latter, right? Well, I was about to have one of those, ""Don't judge a book by its cover moments"" \r

I like a ""professional"" fohawk look with a seamless fade. My hair requires quite a bit of thinning to keep things neat. He followed my instructions EXACTLY and creatively covered my two cowlicks with some deft cutting. I've had other stylists who seem to cut my hair in a way that would require me to come back in 2-3 weeks, but this was not the case at In Style. He was exceedinlgy thorough; I couldn't believe the care he took to make sure everything was just right. He asked questions instead of assuming and made sure I was happy. \r

When I got up to pay, there was a moment of worry. I had forgot to ask how much the price was and was sure I had just gotten a $30+ haircut judging by the quality. When he charged me the same as Supercuts/Great Clips/others of the like, I tipped him hard and vowed that I would spread the word about his establishment. For the price of the chain places, In Style delivers far better value. I've gone there 3 times now and never been disappointed. There is a younger male there who is also excellent. I've seen him work his own wonders. Support this local business and get a better haircut!
Pros: Local business who deliver exceptional value, great for professional haircuts
Cons: Don't have the staff to handle a big rush so make an appointment
