The people who run this hotel obviously aren't trying to get your repeat business. Just in and out the door. You can get wifi in the lobby but have to pay for it in your room. And they say they're geared toward the business person. Why would I want to do my work in the lobby? Even Motel 6 offers in-room wifi! Left a note for housekeeping to please leave one extra towel and one extra tiny bottle of shampoo and got neither. They just left the partial bottle of shampoo from that morning in the shower. If you've just returned to your room after 15 hours of meetings you don't really feel like chasing down those things. I called the front desk to see if I could get the items I needed and was told sure, but I'd have to come downstairs to the desk to get them. Very annoying. Only stay here if your company is paying for the room for you. Pros: Great view Cons: Low service, no complimentary in-room wifi
