Review content:
I enjoy playing at Shadow Lakes. The course is always in good condition and it is very reasonably priced. The bar staff provides excellent customer service. The golf attendants around the range and during tourneys are always super friendly and helpful. The staff in the pro shop can be hit and miss. I have met many of the staff who are completely fabulous and know what customer service should be. Then there are a handful who are just there to receive a paycheck and not quite outgoing or friendly as the others to any of the customers.
Here's a summary of my experiences on average:
The condition of the course is always great : 4.5 stars
Beverage cart frequency and customer service during the weekend or tourney: 4 stars
Able to hit off grass on the driving range, putting green: 3.5 stars
Pro shop staff - Depending who is in the shop, you will receive excellent customer service to just a nod: 3 stars
Bar service: 5 stars
Average: 4 stars
