I mail packages here (small eBay business) when I'm too lazy to cruise over to the official operation on 1431. I knew that they probably raised their prices a little bit to support their small business.. that's fine, no big deal. However, I just mailed a package there which clearly displayed on the screen 3lb 13 oz , and got charged $19.50. This being the most I have EVER paid for shipping I asked to woman if that was the cheapest option, to which she told me that shipping was usually pretty pricey for 4lb boxes going that distance. I don't know whether the screen for some reason displays a different weight or the woman was out-and-out lying but I thought that was pretty sketchy. Then when I got home and got on the UPS website, I did a quick price comparison and saw that for that distance, even if was for 4lbs (which I kind of doubt) it still would've only been $16.00. Meaning they got me for $3.50 extra on ONE package. Wow, I will not be going there again.
