I cannot even begin to tell you how knowledgeable the employees are at Velocity. I had to deal with the parts department since I purchased a bike from them a year or two ago and needed some extra bling to put on it. The parts manager went way out of his way to see to it that I got exactly what I needed since there was some confusion when it was looked up in a parts catalog, but that had nothing to do with Velocity. The guys at the parts counter are so funny and make it enjoyable to be there, and to be a customer. I couldn't recommend anywhere else, they've got everything there! Plus the store is huge and clean, which is hard to come by around in the lowcountry. If you have a bike, want a bike, or need something extra for your bike, Velocity is the place to go!
