This is my first time writing a review and unfortunately it's not a good one. My husband and I had already been to another dealer but decided to call Velocity to see if they had a better deal. We explained that we were from outta town and we wanted the drive to be worth it. We were told to come on in and that they would get us a much better deal. We drove an hour to Velocity and when we got there not only did they not have the products we wanted but they were only willing to match the price. Not what we were told on the phone at all. I guess they thought if they could get us on sight we would just buy from them. I was very dissapointed in how they dealt with us as potential buyers. We went back to the original dealer and they got us what we wanted at the right price. The one they promised. Overall, we had a horrible experience with Velocity and I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
