I was very impressed from my buying experience at Wilkins Hyundai. I shopped a lot of dealerships and got quotes over the phone and internet. Some good and some bad. I dealt with Jeff Matzkin from Wilkins over the phone. He gave me a great starting price without ever coming in to haggle. We did a very brief negotiation over the phone. He did not call repeatedly and hound me like so many other dealers did. He was very patient and touched base with me every few days. I called him and mentioned I had gotten a better price from another dealer. He very nicely said he would match that price. Jeff threw in an extra accessory as well. Well anyway, my wife and I set up a time with Jeff and went into Wilkins to check the Sonata Limited out. Jeff had the car ready for us and washed within minutes. My wife wanted to see some different color combos, and Jeff obliged by bringing each car right up to the door with the plate on and ready for test drive. We took extended test drives by ourselves. Jeff gave us undivided attention, explained everything and was never pushy or anything during the whole buying process. Truly as much a gentleman in person as he was during or phone conversations. We ended up buying on the spot. Totally smooth transaction. Dominic from finance did the final paperwork for the deal. He is also a total gentleman. Although we were asked about purchasing rust proofing and extended warranties as that would be expected, a polite no was all it took to move on and finish the deal. They did not keep pushing any extras like so many other dealers try to do. Jeff has already contacted me a couple of times just to make sure everything is good with the car and we are truly happy. I went back into Wilkins to buy a couple of accessories and ran into Jeff. He personally took me down to the parts dept. They were very nice people and gave me a great deal on the accessories to boot.
I would definitely go back to Wilkins Hyundai and purchase again from Jeff Matzkin. They are truly a 5 Star dealer.
