I can not say enough good things about Apple Learning Center. Like many parents, I am very particular about who watches my children; I had always been lucky enough to have a family member do it until last year. At that time, I researched numerous preschool/daycare centers across the Treasure Valley and stumbled across Apple Learning Center. My little one first started with half days three times weekly but since the birth of my second, both of my girls attend full time. The staff is absolutely wonderful and TRULY cares about each and every student. My infant is well taken care of and I have never picked her up dirty, hungry, or even crying. She is always clean, fed, well rested, and HAPPY. I know without a doubt the staff loves my babe and takes the best care of her. My eldest is also well taken care of. She missed the cut off for public school so is now on her second year of montessori education with Melissa and staff at Apple Learning Center. Her reading, writing, and math skills are very advanced and at the same level as her cousin in first grade. In addition to the academics, she is learning life skills and is able to socialize with children of all ages; from infancy to 6 years. Furthermore, unlike many other preschool's, the staff also works on developmental issues children may encounter; specifically, if your pre-school aged child is slow to potty train, it is not an automatic denial for attendance. Instead, they are willing to deal with the pullups and accidents while encouraging good behaviors. I have nothing bad to say about this facility...I love the teachers and staff (Melissa, Teresa, Chelsea, Kristine, and Liz) and most importantly, my children are happy and love them as well. Lastly, I find the disgruntled rating from the previous employee to be misleading and I encourage parents to drop into the school at any time and see how happy and well cared for the children are.
