Review content:
I worked at this facility for 2 days....Very disorganized, they left me outside with the children on my first day (when I still was only with a temporary license) alone for at LEAST an hour...It was very chaotic, since I did not know all of the children names! I was NEVER shown ANYTHING, and the staff acted as though I was ""just another body"" to be there for ratio....I worked at another facility for 10+ years, and have a degree in child development, so I know the laws, and rules...one being you are not to be alone with the children with a temp. license! I gave it another day, hoping it was just a fluke...but it wasn't...so I left there immediately!
Cons: Un-organized/Chaotic
