I love supporting boutiques, however the atmosphere isn't pleasant when walking in Gwen's Bridal Boutique. The consultants at Gwen's Bridal are unprofessional, indifference, lacking customer service skills, and the consultants absolutely refuse to identify and meet their customers needs. There's also a huge communication breakdown. The consultants don't give their full attention during each and every fitting. There's no appreciation shown when purchasing merchandise. I hope this review is taken seriously because I would love to recommend the boutique but Business Management 101 & Basic Customer Service Skills 101 must be taken.
Pros: Nice and fashionable dress..........
Cons: Worst Custmer Service I have ever experienced.......
