HORIBBLE - Worst Salon I have ever been to. I have recieved nu,erous perms in my life and this one looked worse then the Girl From Harry Potter. When I called to complain, I was pretty much told it was my fault, even though it was cleary the stylist's error. She had left the solution on too long (I had to TELL her it needed to be rinsed out) and my hair was not only a FRO it was FRIED. Very UNHAPPY!
