BAD Body Shop. Don't Use Them.\r \r Brought my 4Runner there to get front end damage fixed from a drunk driver accident. The damage was fairly minor and just needed a new bumper and and fender flair. Not too much to mess up with this as you just bolt on the new parts. Brought the car home and the next day morning the battery was dead. Found out that they wired the fog lights wrong which drained the battery. Brought the car home and the fog lights were not working. I went under the hood and fixed the problem they could not figure out. In the process they broke the fog light switch.\r \r I brought my wife's van there for fairly major repair (was t-boned by a truck. Had about 8k in damage. The paint quality was terrible. There were big drips marks where they sprayed paint too heavy and the finish was not smooth where they missed sanding areas. I brought it back to correct and they botched it again. With the same repair the auto sliding van door had to be replaced with a new one and they could not figure out how get the new one to work. They ended up having to send it to toyota dealer to get it working. After i brought it home there were 2 areas where plastic was pulling away (interior door panel and exterior plastic trim) Brought it back to get it fixed and they brought out a hot glue gun to glue them back instead of fixing it properly. In the end I did not want them to touch the car again and I never got the paint done correctly. The paint is now fading on the door and looks chalky.\r \r I should have recognized the signs from the first car and NOT have chosen Jerry's Body Shop. That was stupid on my part. I will never go there again and would not recommend them if you care at all about your car.\r \r Another sign I should have recognized is that I went across the street to toyota to get a recommendation for a body shop (bought the car there new) and they did not recommend Jerry's even though they are right across the street. They recommend one that was about 10 miles away. I chose Jerry's for convenience and they looked like a big professional outfit but I was very wrong.\r
