Review content:
I have been a customer at DJ Rinner Goldsmiths for going on a year now. I I think DJ does good work; he has done many small repairs for me and his custom-crafted jewelry is lovely. What is unfortunate is the incredibly rude and nasty redheaded woman he has working for him and representing his business. She has treated me with unaccountable, unfathomable rudeness every single time I have gone in to give DJ my hard-earned dollars. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile or any semblance of common courtesy when you visit this place!!! The person who is essentially the ""face"" of DJ's shop is an absolute nightmare! My fiance and I have been saving up our money for a year so that we could have DJ design my engagement ring and our wedding rings. We wanted to splurge on something special. However, we are so fed up with the terrible rudeness we encounter every time we go into this place and deal with this woman that we are going to take our dollars elsewhere. It isn't worth it! Why give our hard-earned money to a business that employs such a nasty, miserable human being? Fortunately, she is a rarity in Iowa City, as this is a truly friendly town, so it won't be too hard to find another jeweler where we'll be treated with a bit of kindness by someone with basic customer service skills.
