I moved recently from Cedar Rapids, IA to Phoenix, AZ and ended up using Hemmen Moving Inc.
I was pleased with how Darren Hemmen (the owner) and the driver Matthew handled my move, especially their making sure that I was satisfied every step of the way.
Their quote came higher than the van lines but they were able to move my household items and two vehicles on a 53ft trailer and gave me a precise time frame for the delivery in AZ.
Their price was all inclusive and Darren customized the wording of the quote to my satisfaction. This was a bit of departure from the van lines which use standard quotes and have fine print that raises goosebumps but it proved to work as promised in the end.
Unlike all other moving companies Darren charged the balance of the payment on my credit card _after_ everything was safely unloaded from the truck.
Matthew called me several times to give me updates.
Based on my experience I don't hesitate to recommend this company.
