For the high rates they charge, the lot is way too far from DIA. Lots of hidden fees...likewise, I don't appreciate that they passed along my emaill address to a partner company that now bombards my email with spam for a ""customer rewards"" sales club that wants to charge me an annual fee to join...tacky in the worst way. When I was waiting in line to leave the lot, the booth was not attended making the wait even longer (more money for them) and when the attendent finally arrived I watched as he made photocopies of other customer's credit cards. I advised him not to copy mine - he then mocked me for mentioning it. I'll try Pikes Peak next time. Even RTD is less corrupt. Pros: Can't think of any Cons: They will sell you email address to spammers
