Three years ago I bought 20 sq ft of black slate mosaic tile and used 12 sq ft on a kitchen backsplash. Last month I decided to use the rest of it as the floor of a shower. Alas, I was 3 sq ft short. I scoured every tile outlet in Lubbock, Tx with no luck. Finally, someone suggested that I try the web site for P & L Marble. I hit the ""CONTACT US"" button and requested the location of the nearest distributor. John Li responded within 30 minutes. I emailed John that I had already checked out his recommended distributor and they couldn't help. Again, within 30 minutes John emailed a picture of the mosaic and asked me call him if that was what I was looking for. Within an hour I had found the tile I had spent days looking for. As it turned out, the mosaic arrived today and is a perfect match. Personalized customer service for a very small customer. I am very impressed!
