Review content:
We contracted with Carroll Contracting in July for a fence and a deck with the work to start in two weeks.\r We gave Mr. Carroll ovdefr $5000 as a deposit. After many phone calls and delays, the work finally started at the end of August. Mr Carroll senta few workers who did a terrible job with the basic framing and footings of the deck. Before the deck was finished Mr. Carroll asked for the remainder of the money to\r finish the job. Two contractors and an architect all confirmed the inital work was substandard and \r not to code. We tried to get a refund to no avail. We even won $5000 in small claims court and still\r haven't seen a penny. It's almost December and I'm still looking at a half built deck. That said, I \r don't think I need to convince you to stay far away from this contractor.
