Review content:
It is unknown why this time, but this company is currently taking away employee breaks and privileges. Is this the same thing that happened the last time this company had problems in Pocatello? When employees are promised breaks and then they are taken away as punishment, this does not create a good working environment. These actions are bringing the quality of service down and the employees are becoming very dissatisfied. This shows a lack of RESPECT for the employees, the customers and the clients they serve. They need to start respecting these people and treat them like they want to be treated. This company’s workers, customers and clients deserve better. Don’t forget Allstate call center is in town and hiring soon.
