Check-in the parking lot was the PITS. Needed check-in plan.
After standing around for almost 1 1/2 hours trying to check-in (including the rain delay), we left the parking lot, and drove out to the balloon launch site.
We were to chase the balloon when their ride(6 passengers) finished and board for our ride(6 passengers).
With six passengers loaded we lifted off for what everyone thought was an hour and half ride. We lifted off without the group picture that we were promised.
41 Minutes 1 second later we touched down in a soccer field. Pilot had to stand on propane tanks(NOT Enough Room) during the flight. Sardine City..........
After loading up the balloon and gear we beat every other group back to the starting point by 30 to 60 minutes. Go Figure..........
Flight was way TOOOOOOOOOOO SHORT and never got above 100 or 200 feet above the ground. Cost: 6 X $250.00 = $1500.00 or $36.58/minute..
PROS:
The plot and ground person did an EXCELLENT Job.
Ask about FLIGHT TIME BEFORE you book with these people. We all loved the short ride..
