3 years ago I financed a vehicle with United Auto Credit to help rebuild my credit. Even though the interest rate was astronomical I was desperate. In 3 years I have NEVER been more then 5 days late (and that did not happen often) Well harrassing phone calls start the day before the due date and continue until payment is in their hands. Even if you communicate with them what you are doing.This month I am paying off my loan (early) and have communicated with 3 different people with UAC that I will do so this week. Well because payment is past due 8 days the phone calls have NOT stopped! I have received (I am keeping track) 20 phonecalls at work, at home as well as the phone calls my references have received. Are they serious!!?? I am paying off the loan 18 months early! I cannot believe the amount of harrassment that I have received and the terrible way that they have spoken to me and my family. I am more than excited to pay this off and NEVER deal with them again!
Pros: They will give ANYONE a loan (but the costumer def pays for it!)
Cons: Interest rates, harrassing phone calls,terrible costumer service
