I have had Lies Trash service for at least 10 years. In fact I'm sorry to say I recommended them to my neighbors long ago and they have Lies as well. This year the service has been horrible, and problems have not been resolved. I rarely have all of my barrels emptied. If I happen to have two or three bags along side the trash container they will take one or two bags but leave one behind. WHY!? I have called Lies several times to ask if I am over the limit etc. They simply say ""no, they just overlooked it."" We will send someone out to pick up the rest. Of course they never do. I have witnessed them many times just literally throw the trash container up into the yard destroying plants, flowers or whatever may be in the way. Today they emptied a neighbors trash container and then threw it into the yard spreading garbage that still remained in the container across the yard. They did not bother to pick it up, but instead just drove away. My garbage containers and my neighbors are usually just laying on their side and scattered into the alley for us to pick up. I guess it is time to make a switch. I've given them more than enough opportunities to correct the problems. It just boils down to the fact that they don't really care to run a reputable business.
