Review content:
I have been going here for about a year because the first two time I took my dog here I had great service and so did my dog. But the past few times I have taken her there the service is horrible, her cut is ugly and too short and she has fleas when I pick her up. The topper is our last visit this past Friday. Her cut is totally uneven and way too short after I explicitly explained not to cut her short. She is covered in fleas so bad that they now live in our carpet and she had none when I took her in. And she now has a lovely ear infection that I will be spending money at the vet for. This place has really gone down hill fast. Too bad because I thought they were a keeper :-( but instead they are just another company that has gone down with the economy instead of pulling through like they could have.
