how do I start this...let me just start by saying this is the the worst trash service you will get out there. these guys are so rude, they lie so much its not funny (hence the name) office is so not organized, they dont send you a holiday schedule at all, dont even think about getting recycling through them, not only they wont pick it up when they say they will, they didnt start picking up the recycling until after three months or so, they didnt even want to give a refund on those, every time we call them to complain they tell us that they will come the next day and they dont show up and so on...they give you a tiny recycling box that is suppose to last for two weeks (if they pick it up every two weeks). \r
my first question here to everyone is HOW do these guys manage to stay in business ??? I got a year of service with them and that it the worst thing I did, I am counting the months until the year is done so I can cancel \r
