Review content:
We went to this place to buy a chandelier right before we were to close on our house. We picked out a 42 light chandelier for our foyer. The owner promised us that the chandelier we liked would be installed for free. Since we have 23 feet ceiling, we wanted to make sure that the cost of installation was included. We made the mistake of putting down $500 deposit. After we close on the house, we returned to the store and to our surprise the owner flat out refused to install the fixture. He said it would be an extra $800 for a chandelier that size!!! Then we tried to return the chandelier (which we did not have yet), he told us there would be a 30% restocking fee on the total cost so we owed him $160 for canceling the order. We could not believe it and tried to talk sense to him. At one point he went to the back since he had our money already and waited for us to basically leave the store. Stay clear of this place. We are out of $500 and have nothing to show for it.
