My family is going through a divorce, my father has been taking my sister to Joyce to help her sort things through. The only problem is that Joyce does not listen to my sister, she listens to my father, who I believe does not tell the truth about everything. She does not listen to my sister's side of the story, nor does she try to help her in her situation. It is more like counseling for my father which my sister just sits in and listens. She is very condescending and rude, she has not shown up for one of her appointments and did not call to inform anyone that she would be absent. I myself have seen Joyce and she seemed like a different person. I do not know if it was because she is like a chameleon and changes her personality to fit her clients to make them happier.\r
I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. She has not helped my sister in any way shape or form. She has been very un-empathetic. She does not look at the picture as a whole and judges people for what they have done in the past. This kind of behavior is not good for someone with depression and is very sensitive. \r
I hope that she would change her ways and help her clients better.
