Review content:
Chick-Fil-A coming to American Fork was something that I had been looking forward to. However, I have been disappointed with this location compared to many of the others in Utah.
The food is always serviced in timely manner. The store is clean and the staff smiles as they take your order.
Once you step away from the counter the staff can be heard making inappropriate jokes. This is really difficult to stomach when you have young children that you do not want exposed to such vulgarity.
The food is ten times worse than the staff's words. Fast is good in the fast food world, but it also important to remember quality and taste. People who purchase food often pay more than an hours worth of work for their meal. When it is served incorrectly and half-hazardly it is really disappointing. I have stopped going to this location because the handful of times I have been there the food has been given to me incorrect.
